• You are not alone. There are people who love and support you, no matter what. If you're struggling, reach out to someone you trust. They will be there for you.
• It's okay to make mistakes. We all make mistakes. The important thing is to learn from them and move on. Don't be too hard on yourself.
• Life is a journey, not a destination. There will be ups and downs along the way, but it's the journey itself that matters. Enjoy the ride.
